About Us
Hi, thanks for stopping by! I’m Kellie and I operate the Santa-Claus-Dolls.com website. I have always loved art and creating things. I have dabbled in just about every different medium available since I was a young girl. Starting with colored pencils, charcoal and water colors to paper mache, sewing, oil paints, clay and even graphic design software. The creative process is so much fun when you find a medium that you truly enjoy. I have found this with sculpture, but more specifically, sculpting Santa faces and then putting them together with all of the other elements of clothing and accessories to form a unique Santa Claus doll.
My skill has gotten better over the years as I have taken classes and bought books, viewed tutorials and simply had more practice. And although I'm still no expert, I wanted to start this site for others out there who like to do the same thing. Whether you’re a collector, want to try your hand at creating or you’re already a seasoned Santa Claus doll maker, this site offers the information and resources you’re looking for, as well as a community of like minded artists and enthusiasts.
